About Me
My name is Valentina, I'm 26 years old and I'm from Argentina. I studied law at UBA and became a lawyer in 2022. I finished my degree knowing that perhaps my path would move in other directions.
Two years into my studies, I found myself a bit lost and anxious; I felt that, although my life was enjoyable, “there had to be something more.” Almost by chance, I signed up for a breathing and meditation course I found on social media. They taught me breathing techniques and stress management, and talked about spirituality and self-knowledge. And from there, something changed in me.
The instructor kept inviting me to practice yoga. “Trust me, try it once. You'll like it,” and I told him yoga was for old people. Finally, somehow he convinced me. I ended up going. I tried a class with him and the post-practice sensation was hard to explain. I felt MAGIC in my body after practicing – years later, I would learn it was PRANA, life energy flowing through my veins. And from that moment, I never stopped.
During the pandemic, I decided to deepen my yoga practice and enrolled in teacher training. To my surprise, I discovered it wasn't just a magical practice that left me floating. It was a way of life. A way of seeing and being in the world.
In October 2023, I had the opportunity to travel to India and study yoga in Rishikesh, known as the world capital of yoga. The wisdom of my teachers and the way they live in that wonderful country completely transformed me.
Today, I continue studying and practicing with teachers from whom I keep learning. Learning for me is a constant journey. But I feel honored to be able to share this tool that has helped me so much to navigate both my darkest moments and my most beautiful ones with greater ease. My commitment today is to share the learnings I've acquired from all the people who have taught me over these years, and from the practice itself, my greatest teacher.

Yoga
Conscious movement is a powerful tool for exploring the relationship with our body-mind. Through different postures (asanas), we seek to relax the physical body while working on strength, flexibility, and balance—not just physically, but especially energetically, journeying inward.
Breathwork
Breath is one of our main sources of energy. Through conscious breathing exercises (pranayamas), we seek to calm mental fluctuations, fostering mindfulness, calm, and tranquility.
